There are several tourist spots near The Lone Pine, such as the Butterfly Farm, where beautiful tropical butterflies flit around you freely in the enclosure, and the tropical fruit farm, where you can sample a variety of local fruits. 

You may also visit a fishing village further north of the island where you can dine on the freshest catch or even rent a fishing trawler to take you out for the day to catch your own! 

Anyone who is still energetic at the end of the day can step out of the front of the hotel and dive into the bustling night bazaar or meet new friends at the numerous little cafes and bars punctuating the tourist strip.
